Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies to recurring purchases, including RespiX™ The Tabs Refill subscriptions where available.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Subscription Policy.

1. Subscription Billing

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize RespiX to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription frequency selected at checkout.

Your subscription will continue until cancelled, paused, or modified.

2. Renewal Orders

Subscription renewal orders are automatically processed based on your selected delivery schedule.

Once a renewal order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled for that billing cycle.

3. Managing Your Subscription

You may be able to manage your subscription through your customer account or subscription portal.

This may include:

- Cancelling your subscription
- Pausing your subscription
- Updating payment information
- Updating shipping address
- Changing delivery frequency
- Skipping a delivery where available

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be completed before the renewal order is processed.

We are unable to cancel an order that has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

5. Refunds on Subscription Orders

Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of adhesive tabs, shipped subscription orders are not guaranteed to be refundable.

Used, opened, or partially used adhesive tabs cannot be returned or refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees where a return is approved.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, we may attempt to process the payment again.

If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused, delayed, or cancelled.

7. Price or Product Changes

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing, product quantity, product packaging, delivery frequency, or subscription terms.

Where required, customers will be notified before changes take effect.

8. Address Changes

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address up to date.

RespiX is not responsible for subscription orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
