Returns & Refunds Policy
At RespiX, we want you to feel confident trying the RespiX™ AirBand. That’s why we offer a 60-Day Performance Guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
If RespiX™ AirBand is not the right fit for you, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery by contacting us at [support@respix.co].
We’ve made the return process simple and hassle-free. Just contact our support team with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned with the reusable AirBand and any included accessories where applicable.
- The item must not be damaged, misused, altered, excessively worn, or returned in a condition that prevents inspection.
- Used adhesive tabs cannot be returned or reused for hygiene reasons.
- Return approval must be obtained before sending the product back.
Items sent back without prior return approval may be refused.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees, original shipping fees, shipping protection, taxes, customs duties, import charges, and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your item. RespiX is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or untracked return shipments.
3. Hygiene & Adhesive Tabs
For hygiene and safety reasons, used adhesive tabs are not eligible for return or refund.
Adhesive tabs are single-use consumable items. Once opened, used, applied, removed, or partially used, they cannot be returned.
If your order includes adhesive tabs, only unused tabs may be returned where applicable.
4. Packaging
Please note that product packaging, box design, and presentation may differ slightly from images shown on our website, advertisements, or promotional materials.
These differences do not affect the function, performance, quality, or intended use of the RespiX™ AirBand.
Packaging differences, updated packaging, supplier packaging changes, photography lighting, screen color variations, or minor visual differences are not considered product defects and do not qualify for a free return, replacement, or refund.
5. Product Images & Visual Differences
We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product images are for illustration and presentation purposes only.
Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography style, production batches, packaging updates, or minor design refinements.
The core product functionality remains the same.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [support@respix.co] within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A photo of the shipping label
- A short description of the problem
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to request additional evidence before approving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim.
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Used adhesive tabs
- Opened or used consumable refill tabs
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees
- Shipping protection
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges
- Items damaged by misuse or improper use
- Items returned without approval
- Items not received by our return center
- Final sale or clearance items, where stated
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces
9. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for sizing issues or defective products depending on product availability.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the original item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
10. Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention
RespiX reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future service in cases of suspected return abuse, fraudulent claims, excessive returns, chargeback abuse, missing items, altered products, or misuse of our policies.
We also reserve the right to deny any refund if the returned item does not match the original order, is incomplete, damaged, excessively used, or cannot be verified.
