At RespiX, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, or carrier delays.
During peak seasons, sales periods, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
RespiX orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners in Asia. We work with trusted international and local carriers to deliver your order as smoothly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
- Australia: 7–12 business days
- New Zealand: 8–15 business days
- Europe: 8–15 business days
- Singapore: 3–7 business days
- Asia: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
For US customers, most orders are expected to arrive in around 10 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during customs clearance, peak seasons, public holidays, carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
RespiX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
If the package cannot be recovered, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, RespiX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with your local courier, neighbors, building management, mailroom, or delivery location first.
We will do our best to assist you, but final delivery confirmation is determined by the shipping carrier.
6. Carrier Delays
RespiX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, local delivery issues, or events outside our control.
7. International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless clearly stated at checkout.
RespiX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.
8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender, the customer may be responsible for original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs charges, and reshipping fees.
Refunds for refused or unclaimed packages are not guaranteed and will be reviewed case by case.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
10. Pre-Orders
If an item is sold as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page or checkout page where applicable.
Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, supplier, logistics, or customs delays.
