Warranty Policy

The RespiX™ AirBand is designed for everyday performance, comfort, and durability.

We offer a 6-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in the reusable AirBand under normal use.

1. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the reusable RespiX™ AirBand for 6 months from the date of delivery.

Covered defects may include:

- Structural defects in the reusable AirBand
- Magnetic component issues caused by manufacturing defects
- Product failure under normal use due to manufacturing defects

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

- Adhesive tabs or refill tabs
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic scratches or marks
- Damage caused by misuse, bending, crushing, washing, heat, improper storage, or accidental damage
- Damage caused by not following usage instructions
- Lost or stolen products
- Skin irritation, allergic reaction, or sensitivity
- Sizing issues or poor fit due to incorrect size selection
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Packaging differences or packaging updates
- Minor visual differences that do not affect product function
- Products altered, modified, or repaired by the customer or a third party

3. Adhesive Tabs

Adhesive tabs are consumable, single-use items and are not covered under warranty.

Adhesive performance may vary depending on skin type, oil level, sweat, application, humidity, activity level, and storage conditions.

4. Packaging & Product Presentation

Product packaging may differ from images shown on our website, advertisements, social media, or promotional materials.

Packaging differences do not affect the function of the product and are not considered warranty defects.

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please include:

- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A description of the problem
- The email address used at checkout

6. Warranty Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, RespiX may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or other suitable resolution.

We reserve the right to inspect, verify, and request additional information before approving any warranty claim.

7. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RespiX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use, product failure, shipping delay, discomfort, skin reaction, or dissatisfaction with individual results.
